We capture functional needs, materials, and constraints, then apply Design for Manufacturing/Assembly to minimize assemblies, simplify tolerances, and reduce cost.

2D Drafting Detailed drawings in AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, etc. using proper GD&T (datum schemes, position, runout, flatness) so inspection is unambiguous.

3D Modeling Parametric models in SolidWorks, Creo Parametric, CATIA with correct mates, BOM structure, configurations, and revision control for traceability.

Tolerance Stack-ups We run worst-case and statistical stacks so the final assembly functions even with manufacturing variation.

Design Reviews inGate checks for interfaces, material choices, thermal behavior, serviceability, and safety.

Outcome Drawings and models that are accurate, manufacturable, and ready for downstream CAM/CNC without surprises.
