Whether you’re new to mechanical engineering or an experienced professional, our services guide you to innovative solutions and optimal performance. One project at a time
Every masterpiece begins with a sketch.
Prove it in simulation before you cut metal.
The bridge between imagination and precision
Precision is not an act; it’s our habit.
Great engineering starts with clear requirements and manufacturable design. Our dedicated CAD/CAM team converts ideas into robust documentation that the shop can trust.
What we do, in depth
We capture functional needs, materials, and constraints, then apply Design for Manufacturing/Assembly to minimize assemblies, simplify tolerances, and reduce cost.
2D Drafting: Detailed drawings in AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, etc. using proper GD&T (datum schemes, position, runout, flatness) so inspection is unambiguous.
3D Modeling: Parametric models in SolidWorks, Creo Parametric, CATIA with correct mates, BOM structure, configurations, and revision control for traceability.
Tolerance Stack-ups: We run worst-case and statistical stacks so the final assembly functions even with manufacturing variation.
Design Reviews: Gate checks for interfaces, material choices, thermal behavior, serviceability, and safety.
Outcome: Drawings and models that are accurate, manufacturable, and ready for downstream CAM/CNC without surprises.
We verify designs virtually to cut risk and iterations.
What we analyze
FEA (Structural): Linear/static, contact, modal, buckling; fasteners and joints modeled realistically.
Thermal & Thermo-mechanical: Steady-state and transient heat flow for housings, molds, and high-load parts.
Motion/Mechanisms: Kinematics, collision checks, and load extraction for gears, cams, and linkages.
Mesh Strategy: Hex/tet choice, local refinements in fillets/holes, and sensitivity checks to ensure stable results.
Correlation: Where needed, we correlate simulations with physical checks to keep models honest.
Outcome: Optimized geometry, weight, and safety factors, fewer prototypes and faster approvals.
Our Programming Office converts CAD to machine-ready code with zero guesswork.
How we do it
Toolpathing: Complex 3D/5-axis strategies in PowerMill (adaptive clearing, rest machining, scallop/constant-Z finishing, swarf for walls).
Post-Processing: Verified posts per machine control; standardized work offsets, tool numbering, and coolant commands.
Virtual Proofing: Full simulation for gouge/collision checks, holder clearances, over-travel, and cycle-time estimation.
Setup Packs: Fixture drawings, tool lists, cutting data, probing cycles, and quality checkpoints so operators run first-time-right.
Outcome: Safe, efficient NC programs that protect machines, tools, and deadlines.
From one-offs to production, we machine simple to highly complex parts with repeatable accuracy.
Turning (CNC & conventional)
Threads: Metric/imperial, UNC/UNF, BSP/NPT, ACME, Trapezoidal, Square—external & internal, multi-start, and custom pitch forms.
Profiles: Free-form profile turning, grooves, undercuts, radii blends; concentricity and runout controlled with proper datums.
Finishes & Tolerances: Achievable Ra finishes matched to function (seals/bearings), tight IT grades with in-process gauging.
Know-how we apply: Correct insert grade and nose radius, chipbreaker selection, balanced SFM/feed for steels (e.g., 4340), aluminums (6061/7075), stainless, and titanium; proper coolant delivery for tool life and surface integrity.
Milling (3-axis / 4-axis / 5-axis)
Complex Geometry: Deep pockets, thin walls, impellers, and free-form surfaces with step-over control to avoid chatter.Molds & Dies: Injection molds, die-casting and press tools shrunk holders, long-reach tools, and blend-free finishing; electrodes for EDM when required.Industries: Automotive & aerospace-grade parts machined to tight GD&T (true position, profile), with material traceability and documented process controls (FAI/PPAP-style packages on request).Process smarts: Toolpath order to control heat, trochoidal/adaptive strategies to protect thin walls, tool runout management, probing for in-cycle compensation, and fixturing that limits distortion.Conventional: Lathes (ranges from 3′ to 10′ , universal milling, shaper, drilling and many more.
CNC: VMCs/HMCs, CNC turning centers, probing, and precision drilling units.
Outcome: Critical, tight-tolerance parts, delivered consistently, even when geometry is difficult.
Sheet-metal and structural assemblies with accuracy, repeatability, and clean cosmetics.
Capabilities
CNC Laser Cutting: Crisp edges, minimal HAZ, nesting for material efficiency, etch marks for bend lines/IDs.
CNC Bending Press: Bend allowance/K-factor, springback compensation, grain-direction awareness; tooling selection for radius control and mark-free bends.
Press Work: Hydraulic/mechanical presses for volume operations.
Welding: TIG/MIG/Stick, gas welding, spot & resistance welding, rolling & forming; jigs and heat-sequence planning to minimize distortion; WPS/PQR-driven practice where specified; post-weld straightening when required.
Outcome: Strong, accurate fabrications ready for machining, coating, or assembly.
We produce high-strength shapes efficiently, then finish-machine them to spec.
Forging
Controlled heating and deformation for improved grain flow and fatigue strength—ideal for shafts, gears, levers.
Metal Casting
Sand, die, and investment casting with proper draft, fillets, parting lines, and shrinkage allowances.
Pattern Making: In-house patterns for dimensional repeatability; gating/risers planned to reduce porosity and shrink defects; simulation feedback from CAE when needed.
Outcome: Cost-effective near-net shapes with the strength and geometry your application demands.
Protection, performance, and appearance done methodically.
Process discipline
Pre-treatment: Degreasing, blasting/polishing, masking of critical fits, edge-break to prevent coating lift.
Capabilities: Anodizing, Alodine Zinc & Cadmium plating, Brass passivation, Chrome plating, SS passivation, phosphating, blackodizing and customer-specified finishes.
Verification: Coating thickness checks, adhesion tests, and documentation as required.
Outcome: Longer service life, corrosion resistance, and consistent aesthetics.
We’re more than just mechanical engineering. We’re a community dedicated to precision, innovation, and continuous improvement—both in design and in practice
